The Challenge Against Cancer Program offers its participants the chance to support cancer research while discovering the world and surpassing themselves through a variety of sporting activities.

This unique adventure takes on a very special meaning, as the funds raised by participants help to make a significant difference to the advancement of cancer research.

The New York Marathon is the most legendary of marathons.

Crossing the 5 boroughs of the Big Apple, this 42-kilometre race shows the metropolis from almost all angles. Beginning in Staten Island, the route crosses Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and ends in Central Park, in the heart of Manhattan.

Our partner, Contact Amérique, is the only travel agency in Quebec to offer guaranteed runner’s bibs for this marathon.

Your journey

Day 1 : Montreal – New York
Meet the participants at the starting point in Montreal with your Contact Amérique guide and travel to New York City by private bus.

On arrival, check-in at the hotel, then head to the Marathon headquarters to collect your runners’ bib.

Meals not included.
Day 2 : New York
Breakfast at the hotel included.

Free day devoted to the preparation of the marathon. Preparation of your personal belongings for the race, location of the finish line in Central Park and the route for your return to the hotel.

Lunch and dinner not included. Free evening.
Day 3 : New York
Breakfast at the hotel included.

The big day! Transfer by charter bus to the start line on the Verrazano Bridge or via transport organized by the New York Road Runners Association, between Staten Island and Brooklyn. End of the race in the afternoon. The runners return to the hotel on their own.

Lunch and dinner not included. Free evening.

Race distance: 42.195 kilometers
Day 4 : New York – Montreal
Breakfast at the hotel included.

Return to Montreal by private bus.
