Make a planned gift

In addition to supporting cancer research, a planned gift offers substantial financial benefits not available through other types of donations.

Together with your financial or legal advisor, we can create a strategy that aligns with your philanthropic goals while considering your personal and financial situation.

Legacy gift

Generous people choose to make a hopeful gesture for future generations. Regardless of the amount, a legacy gift becomes a significant support for the CRS in fulfilling its mission.

Life Insurance Donation

Most people acquire life insurance to protect their loved ones, but did you know it’s also a simple and flexible way to make a significant donation at a lower cost?

Donating an RRSP or RRIF

Another way to donate upon death is by giving a part or all of the holdings held in a Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) or Registered Retirement Income Fund (RRIF). These retirement funds are typically heavily taxed. A receipt will be issued to the estate for the amount transferred to the CRS.
