Registrations to the 2021 edition of the CRS Challenge, the Cancer Research Society charity expeditions program, are now underway! Interested participants can choose from the following exciting journeys:
- Hiking through Cambodia and its temples
- In the footsteps of desert nomads
- Trek on the Amalfi Coast
- Lofoten Islands expedition
- On the mythical GR20 trail
- Grand Tour of Mont Blanc
Taking on the CRS Challenge represents a concrete way to support those close to us living with cancer and to commemorate those who left us too soon, while helping to raise funds for cancer research. In 10 years, the CRS Challenge has mobilised over 1 000 participants and helped raise 7 million dollars for research.
“To partake in a CRS Challenge is significant and demanding. Our participants usually commit themselves on behalf of a loved one they have lost to cancer and throughout an entire year they train, body and soul, and collect donations. So, while it is accessible to all, it is not to be taken lightly! And that’s why, for those who embark on the journey and fulfill their goal, the experience is so rewarding,” adds Sonia Chatoyan, the Cancer Research Society’s Director Development responsible for the CRS Challenge.
