Play Golf, Walk or Ride for Cancer Research

The 27th edition of the Cyclo-Golf Classic benefitting cancer research will be held this summer.

This year, you can participate in 3 different cities:

  • In Montreal, during the Cyclo-Golf Classic on Thursday, September 9th;
  • In Sherbrooke, during the Cyclo-Sherbrooke on September 17th;
  • In Quebec City, for the 1st edition of the Classique Cyclo-Marche from June 12th to September 26th (virtually).

All participants are invited to raise funds for the cause either on their own or as part of a team!

Montreal

The Cyclo-Golf Classic has united golfers and cyclists for 27 years now. The organizing committee and the Society are very pleased to invite participants for this 27th year. They can choose between an 18-hole golf course or a bicycle ride ranging from 30 to 110 km.

Sherbrooke

After the success of its first two editions, we are so excited to launch the invitation for the Cyclo-Sherbrooke’s 3rd edition. Participants can begin their fundraising efforts on their own or as part of a team for the event that will take place on September 17th. The funds raised by participants will be donated to the Cancer Research Society as well as the Sherbrooke University.

Quebec City

Quebec City residents are invited to take part in the very first edition of the Quebec City Classique Cyclo-Marche! Participants can register free of charge and complete their cycling or walking challenge virtually between June 12th and September 26th.

If the COVID-19 situation permits, a closing ceremony get together will be organized on September 26th to highlight the event’s success.

$4 Million for Cancer Research

The Society would like to underscore the remarkable work accomplished by the volunteers that organize this event year after year. It is thanks to them and to all the generous participants, partners and donors that over $4 million dollars have been raised for cancer research since the 1st edition.

Anyone who would like additional information or is seeking to become a partner can visit the Cyclo-Golf Classic page on the Society’s website.

Please note that some activities are subject to adaptation or cancellation given the COVID-19 pandemic context. Updates will be made on the event’s official page as necessary.
