When it comes to providing the means to fund the best cancer research in the country, the Cancer Research Society continues to innovate. The Society is therefore proud to launch Accords Célestes, a new signature event pairing wine, food and music, to be held on October 30th. For its first edition, Accords Célestes will feature chef Antonin Mousseau-Rivard and rising star Charlotte Cardin. Created in partnership with Céleste Levure, the evening will be held at the exquisite Salon 1861 in Montreal.
Unique in the city, Accords Célestes will offer the ultimate multisensory experience, in which musical harmony will be added to the traditional food and wine pairing.
On the menu:
- Montreal chef Antonin Mousseau-Rivard, recognized as one of the best chefs in Canada, will create a five-course gourmet menu, which will be prepared by chef Marc-André Jetté. Antonin Mousseau-Rivard’s establishment, Le Mousso, received the 2018 Laurier award for best restaurant.
- Five internationally renowned winemakers will present their finest wines from Italy, France and Niagara: Patrick Piuze, Thomas Bachelder, Penny Murray, Paolo De Marchi and Vincent Priou.
- International singer-songwriter Charlotte Cardin, and other guest musicians will play their finest melodies to complete the pairing.
- An exceptional silent auction will also be available for collectors and lovers of fine wines and related products.
