$200,000 was raised thanks to a memorable, heavenly evening
The 5th edition of the Accords Célestes evening organized to benefit the Cancer Research Society (CRS) in collaboration with La Céleste, was held on Tuesday, November 1st, 2022, and allowed us to raise a net total of $200,000, which will be dedicated to research projects to outsmart cancer.
In a return to in its unique and original format, the Accords Célestes evening was once again able to offer its guests an experience where gastronomy, wine and music come together and create an unforgettable evening for attendees.
The evening was marked by the hosting prowess of André Robitaille, spokesperson for the CRS, as well as the dishes offered by guest chefs Antonin Mousseau-Rivard (Le Mousso), Marc-André Jetté (Hoogan et Beaufort) and Francis Blais (Menu Extra). The wines were specially chosen for the occasion by La Céleste and their partner wine producers Colombo Wines and Arnaldo Rivera.
Guests also enjoyed a musical performance by Alexandre Da Costa, one of the most sought-after conductors and violin soloists, accompanied by his musicians.
Since its inception, the Accords Célestes evening has raised a net amount of $665,000, allowing the CRS to carry out its mission of funding the best research projects on all types of cancer across Canada, particularly in the area of prevention, as selected by the event’s organizing committee.
