Bridging the Gap for Ovarian Cancer Treatments Grants

Research priorities

Every year in Canada, almost 3,100 women are diagnosed with ovarian cancer. This disease actually manifests in several forms, each responding differently to treatments, which are not yet all sufficiently effective or adapted.

The Cancer Research Society and Ovarian Cancer Canada are proud to jointly announce an investment of $1.2 million to fund 2 clinical/translational research projects that will help improve precision oncology in the field of ovarian cancer.

*Treatments that can benefit women diagnosed with less common types of ovarian cancer (e.g. endometrioid, clear cell, low-grade serous, mucinous or non-epithelial) are encouraged.
