Meet the group at the Relais des Hautes-Gorges to begin your 3-night stay.. Expect a road trip of 4 ½ hours from Montreal, or 1 hour and 40 minutes from Quebec City, notwithstanding any stops you make along the way. Arrive in the afternoon to settle into your rooms. Join the party later in the evening for your briefing with your accompanying guide and a briefing in preparation for your stay and first hike starting the next day. Dinner included.

Breakfast at the road house and off by bus to the first trekking starting point in the Hautes-Gorges-de-la-Rivière-Malbaie national park. Bring warm clothing as the weather is chillier on the summits. Today’s trail will take you into a forest up to the first summit where you will be immersed into an alpine environment where the flora and landscapes are the star of the show. Spectacular views on Malbaie River’s valley and surrounding mountains. Then continue on to two other summits of the day. Lunch along the way. A difficult trial that will reward with its views. Make your way back to the road house by bus during the afternoon. Dinner and night stay back at the Relais des Hautes-Gorges. Breakfast at the road house. The group gets to the Lac-au-Sable Zec. We will start on the trail through a beautiful forest 30 kilometers into the borealis forest. Le Menaud is a new trail in the Lac-au-Sable Zec! The trail starts at Mount Élie trail where you must walk 1.6 kilometers. A first kilometer section will be a steep trek, but again the landscapes reward and yield a breathtaking view. You will chance upon a waterfall of 25 meters in height on the first two kilometers of the new trail, ending on a magnificent view. Mount Élie trail (7.2 km) and add part of the Menaud trail in order to reach the first summit (another 4 km). A trek of around 11.2 kilometers moderately close to Mount Élie. The trail that starts at Lac-là-l’Est climbs Mount Élie on almost 8 km (going) and the difficulty level is intermediate/advanced. There is a shelter on Éclair lake at the 6th kilometer where it is also possible to go wild camping. The signs will guide trekkers and the summit will let us see magnificent sights. Lunch during the trek. Back to the road house by bus at the end of the afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay. Breakfast at the road house. After packing and clearing your rooms, the group heads to Mont des Morios’ trail start. On a beautiful 25 km loop trail, you will ascend the mountain on to a 360-degrees view on the Saint-Lawrence River and the surrounding mountains of Charlevoix. Far off in the distance lies the south shore onto which you can gaze. This stretch of the trail, developed in 2014, has the Mont des Morios trail meet the waterfall trail and so creates a loop that goes through mount Gros-Castor (Big Beaver) and trails back down to Boudreault lake. Lunch on the trek. At the end of the afternoon, the group heads back to Baie-Saint-Paul for two nights. Dinner and stay at you Baie-Saint-Paul hotel, very comfortable and a walk away from the village. Distance: 25 km / Ascent and descent: +1 200 m -1 200 m / Type of trail: bow / 3 meals included

Breakfast at your hotel. This morning, start at Mount Liguori. Trek on the Ancestrale trails and the western part of Gabrielle-Roy trail. The entrance to the path is situated at the Coopérative de solidarité l’Affluent, where you will register. At the very start, the trail distinguishes itself with a very steep ascent followed by lush vegetation. An exceptional view of the Saint-Lawrence River awaits you at Liguori shelter! Dinner and night stay at Baie-Saint-Paul. Distance: 15.4 km / Ascent and descent: + 774 m -716 m / Type of trail: Linear. 3 meals included.

Breakfast at your hotel. After packing your luggage and leaving them with the driver, going by bus about 30 km away. After 4 km on the road to Zec des Martres, you will start your hike. The Dôme trail allows access to the top of the mountain. The 7.8 km trail, surrounded by peaks of up to 1,000 meters, possesses many panoramas of the eastern part of the Jacques-Cartier Lake mountain. The Lac-à-la-main trail is accessible from Mont du Dôme; you walk it up to Gros-Ruisseau lake. This section helps prepare the muscles as it continually ascends sometimes weaving to ease the way up. This section beckons to your eyes constantly as the terrain is bare. You sometimes eye Mont du Dôme, then Mont du Lac à Moïse, then the lodges of La Traversée now tiny at the foot of the mountain. Back to your hotel after the trek for a goodbye lunch, celebrating the end of your challenge! Then you are free to go home at the beginning of the afternoon.
