Lottery Against Cancer: a Resounding Success
November 20, 2025 – The first edition of the Cancer Research Society’s (CRS) Lottery Against Cancer, which took place from September 15th to October 20th, 2025, was a huge success. It enabled thousands of people living in Quebec to support cancer research. This great accomplishment was made possible thanks to the commitment of participants who helped make this initiative a promising and hopeful achievement.
The concept was simple: the funds raised for each ticket sold contribute to financing innovative research projects on all types of cancer.
Each ticket represented a chance to win one of the many prizes: one of four $1,000 grocery gift cards, a $10,000 Transat Vacations gift certificate, and, finally, a 2025 Volkswagen ID.4 Pro S AWD valued at approximately $66,695.
