20th Edition of the Saint-Lambert Games
Over $19,000 Raised By The Saint-Lambert Games; a record!
Participants were once again at the ready for the Saint-Lambert Games and helped raise a record-breaking $19,000! This brings the total since the very first games to $120,000.
Recall that the Saint-Lambert Games welcome participants of all ages for a day of outdoor Olympic-style friendly competition activities. This year, participants were able to undertake the challenge of their choice between June 1st and 30th by making a donation or raising funds for the cause.
“We are so proud of this year’s event. Not only did we have a great time together, we were also able to raise close to $19,000 which will be entirely dedicated to cancer research. That brings our 20-year total to $121, 264!”
– Dr. Volker Blank, founder and member of the organizing committee
“The Society would like to highlight the remarkable efforts made by Dr. Blank and the volunteers, as well as the support of generous participants and donors. Their contributions and support for cancer research over the past 20 years has been incredible!”
– Catherine Paquette, spokesperson for the Cancer Research Society.
The Society and the organizing committee would also like to highlight the support of partners like LSR Gesdev, one of the event’s main partners.
